  The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay. One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach. The pool is other very good atraction... wat mensen zeggen » . It's quite big with a bar and lot of sunchair. It is a very good place to relax and enjoy the sun. The breakfest is very good, with a several fruits - The Hotel was fantastic, Great Check in reception very polite. Quiet at night.No children allowed, quiet around the pool Gave me nice room as requested top floor .view over the sea. nice breakfast and dinner buffet.Spotless everywhere.Nice pool clean. Nice bar not overpriced great bar staff..3 mins to beach. I will be back maybe in 3 weeks,

  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... wat mensen zeggen » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Easy access from Palma, only 40 minutes by bus, but Esporles remains a typical Mallorcan village unspoiled by mass tourism. The hostal has every comfort, and at a great price. Staff are helpful but unobtrusive - I felt quite at home. Local cafes, bars and restaurants are all good quality and inexpensive. Hotel was good value and had excellent facilities, with friendly, helpful focusing on local cuisine.

Vriendelijkheid personeel. - Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast with vast array of well cooked and presented food Upmarket hotel with nice grounds in a dull touristy not very smart resort. One of the only hotels we saw with lots of space around the pool. Choice of pillows. Made a good base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca... wat mensen zeggen » - Excellent hotel, suites were good all staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pool, five minute walk to beach. Wide range of excellent food at breakfast and dinner, suites are in building opposite main hotel, but that was ok as outside pool was also here. Bar prices were reasonable.

  Hotel has very friendly staff willing to help with all sorts of questions. In the evenings there were very nice animations in the hotel. Hotel has its own swimming pool (part for kids and separate for adults) and apart from that is very close to the sea. Perfect place for relaxed holiday, good value for money, strongly recommended. - We loved the... wat mensen zeggen » location of the hotel. The staff on receprtion, espeically Magdalena & Vivian were so helpful and the Restaurant Manager a gem. The pool area and its amenities were suberb.

The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.
