  Everything was magnificent. The hotel was modern, the staff were very approachable and spoke fluent english, the food and service was great, the gym and spa areas were also very enjoyable. - hotel very clean good food

  Great choice of food and drinks at every meal, bar open from morning till midnight, location near the beach and the port area. Great value for money! Night entertainment. Staff very corteous and nice. Big parking free right in front of the hotel!   Ideaal gelegen vlak achter boulevard, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. - Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. There was a dj on everyday frm about 10ish till pool closed and there was a bar nd cafe next to pool , great atmosphere during the day

  The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay. One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach. The pool is other very good atraction... wat mensen zeggen » . It's quite big with a bar and lot of sunchair. It is a very good place to relax and enjoy the sun. The breakfest is very good, with a several fruits - The Hotel was fantastic, Great Check in reception very polite. Quiet at night.No children allowed, quiet around the pool Gave me nice room as requested top floor .view over the sea. nice breakfast and dinner buffet.Spotless everywhere.Nice pool clean. Nice bar not overpriced great bar staff..3 mins to beach. I will be back maybe in 3 weeks,

  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... wat mensen zeggen » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them. Bar food was delish. Staff could not have been friendlier and always smiling. Rooms were spotless and very spacious and secure.

Vriendelijkheid personeel. - Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast with vast array of well cooked and presented food Upmarket hotel with nice grounds in a dull touristy not very smart resort. One of the only hotels we saw with lots of space around the pool. Choice of pillows. Made a good base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca... wat mensen zeggen » - Excellent hotel, suites were good all staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pool, five minute walk to beach. Wide range of excellent food at breakfast and dinner, suites are in building opposite main hotel, but that was ok as outside pool was also here. Bar prices were reasonable.
