  A really beautiful hotel, both the interior and the grounds are extremely attractive,well appointed and spotlessly clean and tidy - no scuff marks or worn out fittings or furnishings - very high standards throughout.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Location (bus routes, reasonable shopping mall, beach all within short walk. Quietness. Small, only 48 apartments. Clean, very friendly cleaning staff. Almost whole day sunshine at the pool. Kitchen corner working and rather well equipped. - The whole complex was spotlessly clean. We had 2 apartments and reception let us keep one for 4 extra hour... wat mensen zeggen » s on the last day as a courtesy which was brilliant. Having WiFi was a Godsend. There was loads of parking right outside the door.

  The staff were among the friendliest, best trained and keenest to please that we have seen in any hotel, at any price. Nothing seemed too much trouble, with the chef standing out in his/her willingness to adapt the menu to our tastes. It was our second hotel during that trip. Both of them were very good. Adventures for morning and afternoon and relax in SPA for evening. You'll be all the time above the clouds. You'll see Tenerife and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend having trips to Roce Nublo and Tejeda city. What a charming small town! Tejeda is in the center of island. You can visit any place you'd like to. Maspalomas, Las Palmas etc.

  Very clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.   Everything just perfect :-) Staff is very helpfull and friendly,speaking language english,deutch,spanish,polish. Hotel is very nice and modern looking. Rooms are small,but very clean,comfortable,furniture is new,nice and tasty,cable tv. Braekfast is in the Local restaurant,continental,but good. It is very quiet,superb views to the mountains and t... wat mensen zeggen » he ocean. Landscape and area is very beautifull. Its very close to the mountains and ocean with natural volcano pools. We definitely will comback to t - Olga and Thomas, who run the hotel, couldn't do more to make sure you are ok. Their friendly advise, help with anything (from arranging taxis to scuba diving) made us feel we were actually staying in 4 star hotel.

  Nice hotel that makes a point of being eco-friendly, with fantastic views overlooking San Bartolomé. Good location for hiking trails, we didn't have a car and had no difficulties navigating with buses and walking. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables on offer in the restaurant, with emphasis on local products.
