  Location (bus routes, reasonable shopping mall, beach all within short walk. Quietness. Small, only 48 apartments. Clean, very friendly cleaning staff. Almost whole day sunshine at the pool. Kitchen corner working and rather well equipped. - The whole complex was spotlessly clean.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

You can visit any place you'd like to. Maspalomas, Las Palmas etc.

  Very clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.   Everything just perfect :-) Staff is very helpfull and friendly,speaking language english,deutch,spanish,polish. Hotel is very nice and modern looking. Good location for hiking trails, we didn't have a car and had no difficulties navigating with buses and walking.
