We previously stayed at Casa Matilda for one night and liked Leo and Elena's hospitaliy so much that we returned for a three day stay this October (2013) with two of our friends. Leo and Alana were amazing hosts. We arrived on a holiday when local restaurants were closed. So, we purchased a home meal prepared by Alana and served by Leo in their living room / breakfast room. Leo cheerfully carried all of our luggage up the steps. The room was a really a spacious suite and we had access to the roof garden, the previously mentioned living room, and the lobby. The host. Lluis helped so much with everything that we had nothing to worry about. (Restraunts, sightseeing, directions, where to go, etc.)
Hotel location is very good, ~5 mins from the beach.
There is a really nice walking path up to the mountains, it takes 10-15 mins to get to wonderful views.
Parking helped a lot.
Terrace is really peaceful and nice.
