Leo and Alana were amazing hosts. We arrived on a holiday when local restaurants were closed. So, we purchased a home meal prepared by Alana and served by Leo in their living room / breakfast room. The host. Lluis helped so much with everything that we had nothing to worry about. (Restraunts, sightseeing, directions, where to go, etc.)
Hotel location is very good, ~5 mins from the beach.
There is a really nice walking path up to the mountains, it takes 10-15 mins to get to wonderful views.
Parking helped a lot.
Terrace is really peaceful and nice.

There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

Excellent place. Friendly and helpful staff. Gave us all the information and help needed to explore the area. Everything that's needed for cooking was present in the apartment.
Windows were facing a beautiful small street. 5 minutes by foot to the sea. 10 minutes by foot to the beach.
I will certainly come back when go to this area again. -
