  Een gezellig echt Spaans familiehotel waar niets te veel moeite is en de familie enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij is. De kamers zijn kraakhelder en het hotel biedt een prachtig uitzicht over heel het dorp vanaf het ruime en gezellig ingerichte dakterras. The rooms are modest but there is a great terrace off the fourth floor that offers one of the best views of the city. Many thanks to Lluis and his family for a very pleasant stay in the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to everybody who will visit Tossa. - The host. Lluis helped so much with everything that we had nothing to worry about. (Restraunts, sightseeing, directions, where to go, etc.) Hotel location is very good, ~5 mins from the beach. There is a really nice walking path up to the mountains, it takes 10-15 mins to get to wonderful views. Parking helped a lot. Terrace is really peaceful and nice.

  Beautiful decorated interiors, lovely garden, quiet area, but most of all a very personal welcome and warm hospitality by the owners. A lot of attention for all details, and excellent dining! Also our three daughters of 7, 11 and 12 yrs old liked this hotel very much.

  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

All were excellent and we could easily have stayed for longer. We have two teenage children and they stayed in the same room with us but the size and layout of the rooms in the new part meant they easily ... wat mensen zeggen » fitted. The new part is very modern yet very relaxing and peaceful but when you go to the restaurant in the old part the atmosphere becomes convivial - The place is charming and full of history, especially if you sleep in the old part. Good restaurant. It is a familly run hotel and you get to meet the members (which are very nice people!). Nice decor and pool (especially when traveling in summer).

  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

I really liked the high quality of all the furnishings and especially the bed linens. And the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive.
