Heel mooi hotel je verwacht zoiets niet in Tenerife , heel vriendelijk personeel . Lekker eten. Persoonlijke bediening , gn massa- hotel . - The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing. Large private patio area with sunbeds surrounded by pretty plants and flowers. Maid service 5 times a week with linen and towel change. Free wi fi. very freindly reception staff

Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved. I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife.

the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too.
