  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  The place was great, full of green and trees. When we got there our host was Jose that was very polite and "cordial" all the time we needed to ask info about the place (all the staff in general was really nice) Value for money was great as well.   I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.   Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

  We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too. It had a huge - Restaurant staff and food was excellent - quality and variety. Sun beds couldn't be reserved before 9am. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always had a smile for you. Pool was clean and a good size. Easy to walk to the lovely beach at Los Christianos or to some nice bars for a drink.
