Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills.
A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

Just got back and everything about this place is as good as earlier reviews say it is. I was tempted not to add comments so I could keep this gem to myself. The staff are excellent: professional and competent whilst also friendly and good humoured. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre. Upmarket hotel with nice grounds in a dull touristy not very smart resort. One of the only hotels we saw with lots of space around the pool. Choice of pillows. Made a good base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca

Excellent hotel, suites were good all staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pool, five minute walk to beach.
Wide range of excellent food at breakfast and dinner, suites are in building opposite main hotel, but that was ok as outside pool was also here.
Bar prices were reasonable.

All the staff has been amazingly pleasant and making you feel welcome. The hotel is very well equipped and modern, as are the rooms. The food at breakfast and dinner is delicious with a large choice in a buffet style. Overall fantastic place!

Cannot fault this amazing place in any way! We go every year & have done for the past 4 years, it really gets into your system! The staff are lovely, the animation team are outstanding, the food & drink are lively & facilities cannot be faulted, love it!

Excellent location. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. We stayed half-board and the breakfast and evening buffet was very good with lots of choice and good quality. The room was very comfortable with good beds and even UK TV channels. -
