  The location is great, relaly close to the bus station and the city centre. the staff is welcoming. they help a lot when you ask a question. It is clean and cosy, reflects a real Parisian style.   The room was clean and pleasant. It had a comfortable bed and a sink, and there was a toilet / shower room next door to the bedroom, which was also very clean. They had a washing machine available for use and a roof terrace to dry clothes. The location is absolutely excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.   Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. You can easily reach to the river side and continue to your walk throughout the river. Or you may go from the inside of the city and see the city life.   It was beautiful. And the rooms were absolutely spotless. Modern bathroom. My 6 year old daughter said it looked like paradise when we walked in! - Great location near the old city in Seville. The hotel has a ambience and the staff we really helpful. Great value-for-money.
