  Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The place itself was basic... wat mensen zeggen » and comfortable, good price. - Extremely helpful staff (Carmela) who gave us enormously valuable information about Santiago and also its whereabouts (we continued to Cabo Fisterra, and she gave hints and tips about places to visit on the way). The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.
