  Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.

The hotel is actually a part of the huge shopping center complex, which also includes apartments which look into the mall itself. - Our stay at the hotel was wonderful.
