  Room was excellent, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. The food was wonderful. We were served by a young lady who appeared to be new. I think her name was Alexandra? It may have been spelt differently . She was enthusiastic and smiled a lot. Her attitude was a feature of our evening. The proximity to the city was a feature of hotel and the swimming pool was a - The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price. You can walk from the drop off & pick up location for the Aeroporter to the apartment. The welcoming pack was a pleasant surprise, because for a short stay you require food stuff in small quantities. The decoration and furnishings were stylish and conveyed a homely atmosphere. The location was excellent, close to Placa Catalunya, public transport, shops and even take away outlets.

  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we
