  One pillow is a lovely little hostal 30m from the metro and 200m from the marina. The hostal its self is in a little side street and up on the 4th floor, look for the ally with the pub that sells gunnies, at the end on the left is the hostal. The hostal is cleaned every day around mid day and the breakfast is nice for the price, nicer then another... wat mensen zeggen » hostal I stayed at in Barcelona for twice the price. The staff speak good English and are friendly and if I go back to Barcelona will go back to this - Lovely and clean, was so much more than I expected for the price we paid! Got free wifi and breakfast was really good with a selection of juice, cereal and toast/crossiants and tea and coffee. Showers and toilets were really clean didn't have to que for the four nights I was there and it was fully booked during this time too. Staff were really polite and a perfect location just off La Rambla

  We were grateful that we did not have to share the accomadation as the bedrooms are very close, but we felt comfortable and warm, the whole apartment was very clean and a lady came in every day to change towels ect (you must ask as you have to pay 1Euro per towel).   The location is perfect. Right at the end of la ramblas but without the noise. Feet away from the colon and the port. Perfect. The hostal itself is new and the messages on - Pillow Ramblas is very conveniently located right on La Ramblas. Minutes walk to everything you need. The staff were absolutely delightful - particularly Eva and Gina - always smiling, always helpful. Rooms were newly renovated, very clean, bright, spacious. Breakfast was also very nice with a beautiful spread of pastries, sweets, hams, cheeses and a nespresso machine. Highly recommended, would stay there again without question.
