  We really loved it there. The location is in the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quite big. The kitchen was good equipped.   The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the sites in the old town. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the aerobus as the apt is only 2 minutes walk away from Placa Catalunya. Apartrment was clean and the agent met us at exactly the time specified. Maid came every day and cleaned and left clean towels. Excellent value.   We had a very nice stay in Barcelona. The apartment was perfectly situated and had a good size.. The person who met us was very helpful and spoke good English. The bed was not the best. There wasn't any noise from the street as the apartment is on the 4th floor. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again
