Understated, elegant, unfussy, very polite and ethusiastic staff, great breakfast, very quiet, comfortable and perfectly situated near the centre of the old town. They avoid all the standard hotel cliches and have managed to create the perfect small city-central hotel. - Everything, the staff were excellent, very helpful in giving advice on local restaurants etc. all spoke excellent English. This old building has been very well restored. Breakfast was extra but well worth the price, although not a buffet you could ask for extra without incurring any further cost. would recommend this Hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Santiago De Compostela

  The staff was just outstanding. They took it as their job to tell me all about Santiago. When I was sick, they let me stay in the room until 1:30. Victor and Natalie bent over backwards to help. It's a modern design in an old building that takes some getting used to, but not much. And it's right down the street from the pedestrian old city, which ... wat mensen zeggen » allows easy access for cab or bike. - The hotel is modern and has design features that make it very classy. And still in a reasonable price bracket. Ideally located in Santiago de compostela easy to walk in the old town and to the train and bus stations. The staff are lovely and the breakfast and common areas are excellent. Id stay again and am booked for another night when I finish my camino walk.

  I have stayed here four times now. On the most recent visit (before this one) I was disappointed by being put in a tiny room with no access to outside ventilation. This time was much better, with street view and balcony with opening ventilation. Good location; helpful staff. - Very Spanish hotel in its best way - nice personnel, very helpful.   Ik had gereserveerd voor de lunch op Kerstdag. Ik was de énige! Werd zeer goed bediend! Ik vrees dat ze de lunch op Kerstdag zullen afschaffen. En ook 's avonds was er niemand in het restaurant. Misschien was dit louter toeval! - zeer centraal, goed gebruik gemaakt van de oorspronkelijke bouw.
