  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.   Apartment was in a great location, very handy for metro/tram/buses. Apartment 4-2 was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The supermarket being close by as well as some great restaurants and cafes was a big plus. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
