Deze ruime, moderne appartementen hebben een centrale ligging in Barcelona, tussen de straten Rambla de Catalunya en Aribau. Het BCN Rambla Catalunya Apartments bevindt zich dicht bij het treinstation Passeig de Gràcia, vanwaar u zonder overstappen naar de luchthaven Barcelona-El Prat reist.
De appartementen zijn voorzien van airconditioning en hebben houten vloeren en een woonkamer met een flatscreen-tv. Ze beschikken over een eigen badkamer, een kluisje, een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. In de goed uitgeruste keuken vindt u een koelkast en een magnetron.
In de buurt van de appartementen vindt u tal van winkels, bars en restaurants. De laan Passeig de Gràcia en La Pedrera van Gaudí bevinden zich dicht bij de accommodatie. Plaza Catalunya en Las Ramblas liggen op 10 minuten wandelen.

We stayed in this 3 bedroom apartment, bcn Rambla Cataluña Campiña, for
three nights on from 5 to 8 July 2013, with two of our adult children
and one partner. The apartment was well appointed and air conditioned.
The photos accurately portrayed the apartment which had good WiFi and
tv. The two bathrooms were very welcome. The apartment was very clean
and well equipped and we loved relaxing in the apartment after active
days and nights exploring Barcelona. The apartment was located on Rambla

We were met by Berta who reacted very quickly to our phone call to let
us in to our penthouse apartment serviced by a lift. The apartment was
magnificent with a balcony running its whole length where we would have
our meals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped lacking for nothing.
There was also a washing machine. The bedroom was quite large and the
bed extremely comfortable. The apartments are well positioned not far
from Segrada Familia and Gaudi Mila. I would certainly recommend thse
apa.
We were not able to call ahead to notify BCN Rambla of our arrival before the ship docked and went directly to the apartment by taxi. When we arrived, there were some men doing repair work on the building next door. One of them contacted BCN and let me talk to a representative. We were told that to keep us from waiting outside, someone would be over right away to let us inside the apartment and someone would be over to check us in later. Emilio meet us with keys and let us into the apartment.
We LOVED the location of the apartment, right across from Gaudi's La Pedrera - you could see it from the balcony! The building was very nice as well, and the staff so welcoming and friendly. We had our afternoon coffee on the back porch, overlooking a yard with palm trees. We even cooked dinner at the apartment one night, it was absolutely delightful. We would definitely stay there again.
Apartment is spacious and neat, suitable for family to stay. Good
location, many places of interests within walking distance, and is in
the midst of the shopping belt with plenty of touristic restaurants and
bars. For transport, the metro and taxi 'stand' takes a minute
or two to reach. Ms Berta, the lady who attended to us was certainly
very helpful and professional.
We had 2 apartments. The Penthouse and the 4 Bedroom. The kitchen in the Penthouse was excellent. The kitchen layout in the 4 Bedroom was poorly designed but usable. Bedrooms were comfortable as was living rooms. The apartment location was excellent. Couldn't have chosen a more central location for traveling throughout the city.
The appartment's location is excellent in every regard. Two/three metro stops take you to all the main attractions that Barcelona has to offer. The appartment was clean and very comfortable. It was good to come home at the end of a day and know there was a very comfortable bed waiting for you. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This apartment is located in an upmarket area slightly removed from high traffic tourist area but a close walk. The tree lined street is superb and so is the building. Our apartment was huge with a glass access lift. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Chic apartment in a fantastic area - not far from Plaza Catalunya and La Ramblas. Myself, my wife and our two year old son stayed here for 4 nights - well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Easy to book, well organised on arrival, clean nicely appointed apt with tea, coffee, loo rolls, washing up liquid etc - nice touch

Very well furnished apt with good stylish touch. Location is very good
and central, close to but not on the busy noisy Ramblas. Kitchen is
perfect, and has everything you need to cook + tea and coffee !.

Modern and spacious apartment in central locations. Great restaurants within walking distance and not far from LA Rumbas.
Great, central location, easy to reach Metro, abundant Taxis on the
street, neighborhood "feel".

I liked the friendly host, the perfect location, the nice decoration of the apartment.
The staff was very friendly and tried to fix the two issues we had
immediately.

It was in the center and transport and shops was very easy. The apt was well equipped.

Las Ramblas a good area for street entertainment but the reputation of
pickpockets is probably deserved. Be vigilant!.

The floors were cold and needed small rugs next to the beds.
Towels were great but there were no small face washcloths.
The photos online are done in a way that makes the apartment look better than in person.
Although, stated in the contract as mandatory, we are still unabe to
determine what this cleaning charge of Eur 70 is all about. Certainly
less confusion if the charge is built into the rental directly instead

The amenities could use some upgrading such as a higher grade of utensils and some sharp knives and a better quality bottle opener. Clothing washer instructions in English would have been very useful. A lounge chair in the penthouse would have been helpful.Simple bathing soaps and bathroom amenities would be a plus.
The main entrance of the appartment is 103 La Rambla Catalunya, next to the chocolatier. Don't go to 101, as the poor person there is tired of tourists ringing on his door bell.
Nothing we didn't like. Way beyond expectations and value for money compared to a hotel room.
Kettle was slow to boil!!(well I'm English and love my cup of tea first thing!!).
- Make sure you read about the late arrival fee, the cleaning fees when
you're comparing to other hotels or apt.
- a safe by definition is a safe, not every client who came to the apt should have the same code.
Noise!!! We stayed 1 month and did not get 1 night of decent sleep, the
street noise is so loud, with people talking and laughing until the
early hours of the morning, when the street noise took over.If that was
not enough, the apartment above ours was being renowated, so at 6.30
every morning the jack-hammering started!!! I would have expected a
courtesy letter from the rental company prior to our arrival, to notify
us of the work that was being carried out..But not a word.
Everything was good.
Our bedroom window was located on the side of Aribau street (area above
the entrance to our apartments), and was very noisy. We were awaken at
least three times each night from cars passing by and loud people
returning home from clubbing in the area. It seems as if no window is
there at all. It might be valuable for the owner to know so they can
soundproof the window.. This would be the only reason why I would not
recommend this place to friends. Everything else was great!.
Refund policy for apartment is inflexible,no matches or lighter in
kitchen,living room have stinky smell.
The poor windows/frame isolation. The garbage trucks woke us up in the middle of the night.
The washing machine did not work for our stay. The showers didn't
drain well. The water backed up when showering. They did try to fix the
drainage problem but it didn't help.
No water on arrival or milk . Makes it easier for families if you give a small basic welcome hamper.
Only one small travel kettle for a 4 bedroomed apartment. . (Upto9people).. probably need to invest in a bigger one.

Our flight was late and there was no place to leave our luggage after checking out.

The room was dark and the air conditioner was in the sitting room and did not cool the bed room. Also the tv was just ok and the Internet connection did not function well. I was hardly in the apt so it was not a problem.
that they put me pay extra 60 euros for the cleaning of the flat for 4 days...this was not in the deel with letsbookhotel.com in the end after long flight when you enter there the only think you want to avoid its a fight for an extra 60euros that its not fair to do this...
