  The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, obliging, thoughtful, and looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm very impressed. The rooms in the new wing on the second floor were excellent, facilities perfect, bathroom good, beds comfortable and blackout curtains worked well. Other public rooms in - The hotel was very impressive. Beautiful senery, wonderful rooms, cheap restaurant for hotel guests, very very outgoing staff...aimed to please 125%...we were very excited about the hotel and in general had a very pleasant, relaxing time. The hotel was very close to all the main attractions in Santiago, bars nearby, something for everyone. The room was romantic and we felt we were very spoiled!

Room was great and wifi was a great help. It was quite convenient to the centre of Santiago for walking and the complex in which it was located was clean, lively without being noisey and pleasant.   Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The place itself was basic... wat mensen zeggen » and comfortable, good price. - Extremely helpful staff (Carmela) who gave us enormously valuable information about Santiago and also its whereabouts (we continued to Cabo Fisterra, and she gave hints and tips about places to visit on the way). The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.

  The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive. First hotel workers, very nice informacion about the city and fenomenal personal treat; rooms excelent, our was in the last floor,(3th) silence, comfortable, clean, great decoration etc...definitely make us feel like at home. we will come back.

Understated, elegant, unfussy, very polite and ethusiastic staff, great breakfast, very quiet, comfortable and perfectly situated near the centre of the old town. They avoid all the standard hotel cliches and have managed to create the perfect small city-central hotel. - Everything, the staff were excellent, very helpful in giving advice on local restaurants etc. all spoke excellent English. This old building has been very well restored. Breakfast was extra but well worth the price, although not a buffet you could ask for extra without incurring any further cost. would recommend this Hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Santiago De Compostela

  The staff was just outstanding. They took it as their job to tell me all about Santiago. When I was sick, they let me stay in the room until 1:30. Victor and Natalie bent over backwards to help. It's a modern design in an old building that takes some getting used to, but not much. And it's right down the street from the pedestrian old city, which ... wat mensen zeggen » allows easy access for cab or bike. - The hotel is modern and has design features that make it very classy. And still in a reasonable price bracket. Ideally located in Santiago de compostela easy to walk in the old town and to the train and bus stations. The staff are lovely and the breakfast and common areas are excellent. Id stay again and am booked for another night when I finish my camino walk.
