  Had a lovely stay at Cunningham's and was very impressed with our accommodation which was very comfortable and spacious and right next to the pool area which is also very nice. The breakfast was excellent each morning with a nice selection of fresh fruit,yoghurts, cereals and then eggs how you like with bacon,mushroms and tomatoes.The staff were e... wat mensen zeggen » fficient and friendly and we loved the honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks as and when and pay at the end of your stay. Very good value - A very pleasant place to stay. We were in the outside cottage - fairly basic but absolutely adequate. Very bright with white everywhere, giving the place an opportunity to display how spotlessly clean everything was. The owner was the larger than life Tim, a real character. Breakfast was great. The location was superb being only a few minutes drive to Thesen island waterfront or just take a stroll around leisure island. It was idyllic. Tim even had my car washed. "It goes better when its clean" - Amazing breakfast with fresh fruits and continental option, along with the classic cooked option. Recommend the scrambled eggs. We had the premium room and it was very tastefully furnished, very spacey and comfortable. Nice pool area with honesty bar and wood burner - perfect to sit in front of on a chilly evening with a bottle of wine. The owner Tim is very friendly and helpful.   Warm welcome, very informative and friendly. Full use of all the facilities as if it was your own home. Stunning, luxury house very tastefully decorated, professional throughout with top quality furnishings. Amazing pool and balconies with everything catered for that you could think of and more. Jacuzzi spa bath was perfect after hiking part of - A gem in the Eastern Cape, truly the best Lodge we stayed during our trip of South Africa. Villa Paradisa is extremely well appointed and has stunning views. The Management are fantastic and go out of their way to cater to your needs. I would recomend this Guest House to anybody stopping in Knysna, it will make your visit to the city much more special.

The staff were really helpful and Lloyd popped in while we were having breakfast and had some great recommendations for us, and even took the time to go through the local maps to show us places of interest. Whilst I thought the location was a little out of town, Rosa was a... wat mensen zeggen » ble to organise a taxi for us whenever we needed it. - Even though we were late arriving we were made very welcome .lloyd the proprieter introduced himself next morning and went out of his way to give us a hand drawn sightseeing map of interesting places to visit. And we promise you'll love it like we a - The place is really amazing! It feels like in living in a jungle. All huts are uniquely designed and the staff is just great. They help you with everything you want and were really helpful and friendly. Their welcoming of us as a family (We travelled with two kids and my parents) was honest and open hearted.
