  Everything about the Stern Farm was lovely. Barbara was warm and welcoming, the house and our room were clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Plus, the food was delicious. Plenty of toys, a yard, some animals, and a nice garden for our toddler to explore. Unfortunately it rained while we were there, so we didn't get to spend much time ou... wat mensen zeggen » tside. Still, the house was nice and cozy. A great relaxing destination we would recommend to anyone. - Absolutely exceptional - a big furnished room with wooden furniture, view to the garden with animals and great countryside, Barbara and her family are great very nice people and food was amazing...a Michelin inspector should visit and try it! It is great if you have everything for breakfast homemade (yogurth, jam, bread, butter, tea, hams, cheese etc) This was not our last time staying there :-)

Room decorations come in different colour schemes; our room had black, grey, and shades of red which may not be to everyone’s liking but we actually did like the design and modern atmosphere and the very friendly staff who speak English and German. We also liked very much and are glad to recommend the neighboring restaurant, Gostilna Siker, owned by the same family. We enjoyd very much a great typical Slovenian meal from local products.

  Silak Rooms and Apartments is an extraordinary value. In a recently- renovated historic building, the room was extremely well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and with a stunning view of the city centre. Vladimir was very welcoming and eager to do whatever he could to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast is generous and offers healthy options...they served me an hour early in order that I could catc - The hotel is in a quiet part of the city. It has complete wood furniture, untreated with chemicals and you can enjoy silence and comfort. And the owners are extraordinary people, we would come back anytime in Ptuj to stay in this place. Ptuj is one of the oldest towns in Slovenia and this hotel in located on the oldest street in Ptuj. It is a very old house, upgraded to meet modern standards, and it's owner Vladimir is very proud of it. I would recomend this place to everyone, because there is

  Such a relaxed and laid back place to stay / drink if not using their accommodation. Really friendly staff who did not try to focus any blame on me when our booking wasn't quite right - I had originally booked a twin then modified that booking for same dates but a larger double, but they had no record of the modification - thankfully I had my boo... wat mensen zeggen » king confirmation so they managed to get the room i wanted and also agreed the quoted booking price could stay the same, at no point trying to infer I - It was one of the nicest places we have ever been to. It`s a truly extraordinary place in a beautiful little town. The pension and the rooms are tastefully decorated, the owners care about every detail. Our room was small, but for one night stay it was just perfect. The staff was really friendly, and breakfast was fantastic (worth making a photo). We would definitely stay there again and we recommend this place to anyone visiting Ptuj or travelling via Slovenia to Croatia. You will surely like

  It is a family run business and they have spared no expense in setting up this Hotel. It is beautiful and the quality is more a 4 star than 3. They are very friendly and helpful and they really understand what service is. Loved the colour schemes, the art work, the decor and the buffet breakfast was great. Nice distance from center. Nice decor. Convenient to access from major roads. Good wifi signal. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs cooked for you. Easy walk to the river and a nice restaurant. Ac worked well, and when desired, good breeze from outside. Fairly quiet area.

  The host immediately greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful and regularly checked if all was OK. Breakfast was great. Home made ham and cheese was delicious. There is also a great selection of cereals, yoghurts coffee etc. The apartment was fantastic. Set on 2 floors it was very cosy and comfortable, as well as spacious. Perfect for walking our d - The view there was superb! We took many photos of the fabulous view. So we found the location to be excellent. The hosts themselves were really friendly, so if we had questions they always were happy to answer and help out. They had a wine yard and made their own wines there and we had the opportunity to taste those wines and see how the wine is made. And I must add that their wines tasted excellent! The only thing what we had to do is to ask the hosts if they offered the opportunity to do so.

  We were on our way to Croatia. We got at the same price a larger apartment than ordered because of the children. The owners were very helpful and accommodating over the standard. The owner gave us the needed medicines for children, and before leaving personally drove us to the pharmacy and showed a new entrance to the highway. - I have to recomme... wat mensen zeggen » d this place to each family with young children who travel to makarska. We stay one night there. The staff was very very family friendly, the room was big and beds were really comfortable. There is wonderfull playground, which children can run and play and enjoy fun after boring sitting in the car.

  We really enjoyed dinner, it was delicious and from homemade ingredients. There was a very nice sitting outside, surrounding is very pretty. There are some outdoor activities as well. Staff/owners were very friendly. - Very friendly owner. We liked food which is made from their own farm products. Portions are big. Diner is worth taking.
