  The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. Bathroom fittings modern and roomy with walk in shower. The hotel has a lift which made luggage handling easy. The hotel is located outside the Main Square of the Stare Miasto but within easy walking - This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

  Very friendly staff, adaptable to needs and lenient with requests. Room was fine with big bed and flatscreen TV, free WiFi. Górczyn bus hub nearby, to connect to the city or suburbs.   Excellent staff. Excellent food; both breakfast and dinner outstanding. Location right on old Rynek (main market square). Modern well furnished rooms with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Despite being right in the city centre, had no problems with noise. Thoroughly recommended. There is a very good quality, lively and very popular restaurant and they brew their own beer which was good, but we did not hear any noise from any of it - our rooms were quiet. Beds good.   My 14-year old daughter and I were completely charmed by the intelligently designed Hotel Kolegiacki. The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress.
