The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

Very friendly staff, adaptable to needs and lenient with requests. Room was fine with big bed and flatscreen TV, free WiFi. Górczyn bus hub nearby, to connect to the city or suburbs. Definitely recommendable place, will be my first choice for future visits. -

Excellent staff. Excellent food; both breakfast and dinner outstanding. Location right on old Rynek (main market square).
Modern well furnished rooms with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Despite being right in the city centre, had no problems with noise.
Thoroughly recommended.
Oh, and their beer is wonderful. -

... cosa dice la gente » hich is very attractive. There is a very good quality, lively and very popular restaurant and they brew their own beer which was good, but we did not hear any noise from any of it - our rooms were quiet. Beds good. Staff good and breakfast excellent. We would happily return

hotel tranquillo, ristorante discreto. - staff was competent. room was succesfully designed, modern and clean. - Quiet location, friendly helpful staff, nice room. Great breakfast and we had two evening meals in the hotel which were very good. Would stay there again.

The location was amazing. right next to the Old Town Square and close to all other sights Poznan has to offer.
The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress. For a family with small children, the elevator is a major plus for suitcases and stroller.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent. It is well worth the small amount of money. There was fresh

What I liked best about Don Prestige Residence is the location. The hotel is situated in an area that enables you to walk to most of the tourist destinations; especially the proximity to the Main Square. The room was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. -
