  We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. We used a translator in our room, & the staff was ever so kind enou - We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel. We were not dissapointed. The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile. The breakfast area was modern, clean. The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well. The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently. The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this

Location: about 10 mins by foot to the center, close to train station and Galeria Krakowska. Free parking places in front of the building. Breakfast was pretty sufficient and tasty (but we are not used to having breakfast at all). Heating can be regualted by the guests themselves (check it in your room and in shower right after arrival). Interior design and atmosphere - classic, with old though decent fu - It is an intimate, small hotel very close to the old town of Kraków. Stylish, old-fashioned furniture, a romantic place for couples. A Polish family runs the hotel, they are very nice, speak good English and offer an abundant and wonderful breakfast for a fantastic, cheap price. Strongly recommend the place!!
