  We stay for 3 weeks, we found the location to be perfect, 20min walk to market square, 5mins from bakery, butcher, food and alcohol. Free fast wifi through whole building. Hot powerful shower :) But most of all the receptionist Jon was an amazing help to us, organizing us taxis each day/night, staying behind late, and coming in early to work to he... wat mensen zeggen » lp us. Nothing was too much trouble, He is what made our stay great! Thank you - It is a fairly new building, everything feels and is new. The room we stayed in was huge, about twice the size of what I was expecting. A reasonably big flat screen, spacious bathroom (shower only), all very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. There is an elevator. Street parking is free. Do not worry about the train tracks: it is only a storage facility and I actually failed to notice any activity.

  The hostel is located 5 minutes far from the city centre on foot, 10 minutes from the railway station. The reception is open 24h and the receptionists are very kind and very helpful. The room wasn't very big, and there were just a double bedroom and a little desk, but we stayed there just to sleep at night so we didn't care. The internet connection is included in the price but the wifi signal is too weak if you have a room on the 2nd floor, however it works ve - We lived on 4/f, Room 10. The room is big. The bed is comfortable. After u closed the windows, no more pigeon noise. The reception is on the 2/f, the stuff there are very helpful and nice! There always have cold and hot water in the kitchen. The location is good! Close to train station and old town.

  Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely.   Actually, I stayed during the low season, so for a couple of days was the one in 6-th bedroom dorm. But even at the weekend there was relatively quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The location is very good, five minutes both from old city and the train station. The staff is nice and helpful. Lockers, stable wi-fi (even in dorms), kitchen facilities - ... wat mensen zeggen » they have everything! - Hostel is in a great location, the one staff member I saw when I stayed was really nice and helpful. The included breakfast was basic but better quality than other continental breakfasts I have had in hostels. The beds are comfortable and you can use a locker to store your things. Bathrooms are like you're in a home, very clean and good facilities.
