The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble.
The unit we stayed in was extremely well presented with some really nice personal touches added. The kids absolutely loved our stay here and we were sad to leave.

Waiora Apartments was set in a lovely peaceful bush setting, lovely timber with lovely bed upstairs, clean and tidy. Downstairs was okay but only for sleeping really not a space you would want to have to stay in for a long time. I loved the calm and peaceful feeling of this place.

The whole experience was fantastic, I was there for a few days with my work, I wanted a small motel that was clean, quiet, in a good location at a reasonable price.
I feel that I got that and much more, very friendly owners who went the extra mile, under cover parking, super fast wi-fi which was spot on and I took the continental breakfast option for only $10 extra, well worth it, well done, see you next time!

From checking in to leaving, this hotel if your looking for luxury on the beach is great, staff were very friendly & were happy to make tour bookings for us, our apartment was lovely, nice furnishings, lots of space and extremely clean. Walking distance to all amenities & great restaurants close by. And the beach across the road. We would definitely stay here again, apartments are great for families also.

Good Location if you have a car, a bit far to walk to the town centre but was fantastic having a pool and trampoline for our son to play on and the spa was lovely. My husband sat out there with a drink and was visited by a flock of friendly sparrow, two large rabbits, a family of quail, several gulls and two ducks who eventually followed him back into our room! Great location just outside the main town being an easy and pleasant 10 minute walk along the beach front. Good size room with a deck and then nicely maintained gardens and lawns with a clear view across the bay towards Russell. Peaceful (but see the -ve). We found it good value for a clean, comfortable room with a nice view.

we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort a loved the friendliness of staff during our stay. It was well located away from the busy main street yet so convinient as this was within walking distance from everything. it was nice and relaxing to come back to a nice clean room and be able to pop in to the spa. -
