  It was a very nice unit, spacious and well laid out with luxury bathroom & excellent kitchen & dining facilities. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming.   On arrival it was raining so we were sitting in the car waiting for it to pass over. They came out with umbrellas so we didn't get wet. They were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. I am fussy about cleanliness but the place was spotless. We had an ocean view apartment and it was fabulous. Very clean and tidy, good facilities, welcoming host. All good. Its near the treaty grounds in one direction and the shops/cafes in the other. But mostly I just love that they found my tablet charger before I even knew I had lost it, and posted it on really quickly.

  Good Location if you have a car, a bit far to walk to the town centre but was fantastic having a pool and trampoline for our son to play on and the spa was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would love to stay again but we would stay on the bottom floor as you have easy access to the pool and the car park. Overall was a great holiday and a great place to stay. - had a lovely relaxing time here.facilites were great ie the suite stayed in was immaculate,luxurious and everything u need for a nice weekend break.   From the outset, loved the personal attention I received. Had a call from management that they had read my special requests and provided assurance that requests would be honoured to my satisfaction - and they were! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right, as it was during our stay. This motel had ... wat mensen zeggen » been recommended by my mum who had previously stayed here with Japanese friends earlier in the year. She, my dad & my two nieces who were visiting - The staff was really friendly, and the room was amazing. My partner and I were really keen to find somewhere with kitchen facilities so we didn't have to eat out too much and Sea Spray had a really good kitchenette and all the basic equipment you'd need. It was an easy walk to a supermarket as well as the town. Bar fridge was decent price compared to other accommodation I've stayed at. The room was really clean and very comfortable, If in Paihia again we will definitely book here again.
