  The privacy, cleanliness, Scenery was lovely and central to everything. Loads of parking so we left the car there and walked around. The man at reception was very pleasent and friendly. - The proximity to the shore/shops/ferry/Waitangi museum/eateries etc. but far enough away from main traffic noise.

  We booked this hotel on the basis of the letsbookhotel.com reviews and weren't disappointed. All of the staff we encountered were just brilliant. Even the housekeeping staff we cornered to ask for more plunger coffee, nothing was too much trouble. Our room (the king loft) was perfect. Breakfast was a steal at $18 each and very yummy. We thoroughly... wat mensen zeggen » enjoyed our stay and wish to extend our thanks to this hotel. - Two stand-out features: (1) Without exception all staff encountered seemed eager to do everything they could to make our stay rewarding. (2) the room layout was the best we encountered in over 2 weeks travel in NZ. It had all of the things we needed, especially space, and none of the things (kitchen etc) we didn't need.

  I really enjoyed my stay at his place, and the location was an added bonus. I really look forward to booking with them in future and hopefully there will be availablilities the next time I want to book in.

  The Swish Chalet is a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay. We had a spacious room with sofa and kitchenette and a balcony (with flowers, just like a Swiss Chalet!) It doesn't have a lake view but does have outside space and the lake is just across the road with plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk. We stayed two nights and loved it. - The whole experience was fantastic, I was there for a few days with my work, I wanted a small motel that was clean, quiet, in a good location at a reasonable price. I feel that I got that and much more, very friendly owners who went the extra mile, under cover parking, super fast wi-fi which was spot on and I took the continental breakfast option for only $10 extra, well worth it, well done, see you next time!

  The best accomodation of our whole NZ trip. Location was perfect,across the road from the water,views of the bay, seemed very safe, flat walking distance to shops,restuarants & across the road from the wharf where you get on the ferry to go over to Russell or all the boat tours,jet boat & charters. We will definately re-book an apartment @ The Waterfront Suites on our - We enjoyed our stay @ The Waterfront Suites, Paihia~The location was fabulous and a wonderful launch pad to explore the Bay of Islands from. The facilities were lovely, clean and well maintained. A big thank you to the staff for helping to make our stay very enjoyable... :)
