  Vriendelijk personeel, beetje lang van stof maar erg behulpzaam - We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed wit... wat mensen zeggen » h nice laces around. There were no windows to the outside but we did not miss much and I think that kept the room cool. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

  Liliane and Patrick were wonderful hosts, made sure we were safe, maps and advice, we had their telephone number in case we were got lost which we did on several occasions! Patrick would take us to restaurant's and offered to collect us if necessary. The Riad is beautifully designed with lots detail and attention. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

Fortunately this place is like a diamond in the rough!!!   I am happy to join the ever growing band of glowing reviews for Riad Alwachma, given that my decision to stay there recently was based on its excellent reviews. This is definitely a place where you get value for money.
