  This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. She does it with the heart and as a guest, you will feel incredibly looked after. She works so hard in the riad, taking care of every little detail. The riad also has a great terrace and a brand new glass roof which makes it probably the only riad in Marrakech to have - Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a moroccon style with a big bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace. I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area. Transfer vanaf de luchthaven was comfortabel en aan te raden (niet eenvoudig om de riad zelf te vinden).   Liliane and Patrick were wonderful hosts, made sure we were safe, maps and advice, we had their telephone number in case we were got lost which we did on several occasions! Patrick would take us to restaurant's and offered to collect us if necessary. The Riad is beautifully designed with lots detail and attention.   We loved our stay in Riad Houdou because of the beauty of the place, and the kindness and attention of Eric and Didier, the hotel proprietors, and all the lovely staff. I went with my two elderly aunts and we had a fantastic time. They made every effort to ensure that the place was comfortable and beautiful while respecting the Moroccan style and ... wat mensen zeggen » culture. They wanted to make us feel at home as their guests, but did not overwhelm us with attention and respected our space. Their kind / friendly r - From the start, we were made to feel very welcome. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us. The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra.   We stayed at La Mason Arabe for 3 nights. It was such a wonderful experience, at first glance when you are dropped off by the taxi and walk through the narrow ally you would bet apprehensive as to wht lays ahead. The minute the door is opened for you, you will get engilfed into another world that you never expected to exist. Everybody from the doorbell to the General man - We had a lovely stay at La Maison Arabe. While it could never be called cheap, it was well worth the money we spent. The staff are absolutely lovely, the hotel is beautiful. Our room was stunning, perfectly clean, quite large. We were given a complementary half bottle of wine on arrival. We spent the afternoon at the country club which was perfect - it's 10/15 minutes in a shuttle bus. The staff there are amazing, I was told "here, everything is easy", which it was!
