  Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

Hij neemt tijd voor u als klant, geeft uitleg over de streek, de stad Marrakech, de omgeving, enz... Het hotel is zeer rustig gelegen, weg van de drukte van de stad, met een fantastisch zwembad om te genieten na een warme dag. Je kan ook een heerlijk avondmaal - Palais Riad Berbere is een top riad. Het is een super verblijf met een prachtig buitenbad en binnenbad. Niets is teveel; wil je in de hamam, maken ze de hamam klaar (gratis), wil je iets anders eten dan eigenlijk kan s' avonds, wordt geregeld. Heerlijke grote kamers, echt top! Enige, als je in de medina wilt zitten moet je wat anders boeken. Wij zaten hier de laatste dagen Marrakech na een paar dagen medina, super combinatie!

  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

  I just loved the hotel, it is really new, very well decorated, really well located, very near to evrywhere and very easy to arrive by car, even it is in a small street ! the shower is better than the one I do have at home, and the living in the ground floor is just so cozy, you will feel really weel to spand some time there.   I am happy to join the ever growing band of glowing reviews for Riad Alwachma, given that my decision to stay there recently was based on its excellent reviews. This is definitely a place where you get value for money.
