  The Ibis is situated on the outskirts of town a very short taxi drive away from the old Medina (haggle the price before getting in, we paid just 2dh about 2 euros each way for 2 people in a petite taxi and 5dh for 4 in a grand taxi each way). Although it is right by the modern train station there is little noise from the trains. We were touring in our own car and were - We spent three nights there and took two day trips from Fes (Meknes, 1 hour and Taza 2 hours). The hotel's proximity to the train station made it an ideal location for us, though it is still only a short petit taxi ride (10mins) to the Medina (9.50 Dirhams on the meter, though be careful because most taxis outside are picking up people from the train station and ripping them off. One taxi quoted us 40 Dirhams) There is a nice outdoor pool on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast was nice.

  Just off the main street which makes it an ideal location. The actual road the hotel is based leaves a lot to be desired but it's a very short walk to lots of cafes and eateries. The room was very clean and comfortable. Achieves 4 star standard. Well set back from the main road making it quite and peaceful yet within easy walking distance to cafes and eating places. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

  Very good selection for breakfast. Perfectly comfortable. Could have been staying in any western hotel. No Moroccan feel at all. Would not stay here if you wanted to experience morocco - It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.   Lovely grounds, almost next door to conference site. Pretty outdoor seating by the pool or in garden with drinks and live, mellow music. It was family friendly as well as business friendly.

Bij ons vertrek 's morgens om 6.30 zwaaide de gastvrouw ons zelfs uit. Een plek om naar terug te gaan. - Behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Authenticiteit van het gasthuis. Alles netjes en schoon.
