  Vriendelijk personeel, beetje lang van stof maar erg behulpzaam - We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed wit... wat mensen zeggen » h nice laces around. There were no windows to the outside but we did not miss much and I think that kept the room cool. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

  Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

  Lovely accomodation, with staff that really would do anything for you. As the riad is quite small it often felt like we were were the only guests there which was heavenly. We did the cooking course at Jeans ranch which was lovely to get out of the city but be warned when the cook takes you round the markets be prepared to be ripped of by the stor... wat mensen zeggen » es she has agreements with. - This riad is in a fantastic location although it's difficult to find on your own - recommend airport collection ! All staff amazingly polite and helpful- comfy rooms and delicious breakfasts. At night the riad looks amazing with all the candles lit.   We are a young couple who like to travel and this was probably the best vacation accommodation experience we've ever had - period. Marrakech can be overwhelming and we were so lucky to have picked Pavillon Oriental. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were well taken care of.   The opinion is based on a previous stay. It's a lovely place, with lovely, well-decorated spaces and plantings. When the staff is organized (and this seems to be a big "if"), and Aziz and some others are working, the experience is great.

  We waren met 2 stellen. Het bleek dat er maar 1 kamer van de 2 bestelden beschikbaar was. Na een lange dag, komend uit de Atlas, heel vervelend. Ze boden ons dan 2 kamers in een gastenverblijf aan, 2 straten verderop. Al lang niet de kwaliteit hebbend van ons gewenst hotel. Maar ze deden 18 Euro van de prijs eraf en boden als excuus een bescheiden... wat mensen zeggen » avondmaal aan, wel met een fles wijn! Dat deed goed en we waren tevreden. In het gastenverblijf bereide ons iemand van het personeel toch nog in de v - Friendly staff, excellent dinner

You are 5 mins walk from the square without having all the noise. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is good. Remember to take a hairdryer with you and that you will need about 2 € or 20 d to tip the luggage carrier from the taxi to the Ryad.
