Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week.   The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly (Yasim & Younes). When I got sick at the end of the trip they made me teas and plain rice to settle my stomach. They also kindly stored our bags while we were on a desert tour. The riad itself is beautiful!! - Probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the suite, which was huge and just amazing!   Beautiful Riad, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived the owner greeted us and fave us plenty of information about Marrakech and ideas on what to do and see. Great breakfast too! We would definitely stay here again! - Abdallah, the riad keeper at night is one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered.

  Upon arrival from the bustling streets it was an absolute pleasure to enter the tranquil courtyard and be served mint tea and biscuits by the friendly staff. Habiba sat with us and gave us a map and told us best spots to go for what we wanted. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed and huge attention to detail. Everything had been considered and the room was tastefu - The service is second to none. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout

  We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. We stayed in rooms Sahara, painted like a fantasy desert complete with camels and starry sky, and Silver - an elegant four poster romance of a room. Both could not have been more perfect for their inhabitants. Their ex-nanny pastry chef taught the ... wat mensen zeggen » kids (aged 7 & 9) how to make Moroccan pastries while Pierre - the ultra stylish manager who curates everything in the hotel with a connoisseur's - Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.
