  The rooms are awesome & spacious. I have stayed in the standard, & duluxe room before. Both have big bathroom, & just nice just for two pax to stay in the room. This is my second time staying at hotel rae.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the view from my room. It was an amazing and fabulous experience. The service was quick also. Had great please in staying in this Hotel. Keep up the efforts Hotel Management - Less than 10 minute walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre. LRT Sultan Ismail and PWTC is also near. Easy Chinese and Indian street food. Got massage centre.

  if we request something, the front desk officer will always attend to it. They also clean the room and change the towels, linens everyday. WiFi works good! - Value for money, nice price and near the green line for the bus station (reason we picked the hotel). Staff friendly.

I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage.
