Staff service was really friendly and they can be a good guide around the city. Location is good as well. McDonalds,Starbucks were right next door. Major malls (Lot 10, Giant, Low Yat for electronics, Time square, Pavillion, etc were all at walking distance. The metro bukit bintang was just a few steps away.The breakfast was very reasonable and we enjoyed it because of the amicable set up.

  The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. They location is very ideal bec it is also walking distance to the monorail station.   I booked the 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment was kept clean and cosy. The balcony was spacious. Staff was very friendly. I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around.
