A very satisfying experience, service second to none, I left my things in reception and the security and general staff made this disaster in to a none event, my wallet was ultimately returned as a result of the hotel staffs diligent perseverance. The hotel quietly catered for our every whim and was extremely well located for us to take advantage of the sights and delights of kl. the room is really comfortable ,it has a nice view on Twin tours and the hotel is fantastic because it is near to Bukit bintang and their is Arab restaurants around the area I really enjoy the stay their If I came a gain I will always stay in this hotel.
alle beoordelingen » It's the best stay in KL. Its location is good as it is about 15 - 20 minutes walk to KLCC and along the street there are many restaurant and eatery shops. Highly recommended to travelers who wish to enjoy staying in it. it was a great stay. the hotel is located at the heart of kuala lumpur so it was easy to get around. the room was spacious and clean. will definitely come back. Perfect hotel,value for money just 5 minutes of walk to Jalan Bukit Bintang Night life is perfect and local food at Jalan Alor is best for overseas travellers. I was staying with my whole family. With very young kids. It was very great room, clean, very recommended for families. Good security.. Easy access to all parts of the city. Convenience shops and 12 hour food court part of complex. Sensitive decoration of the hostel (both inside and outside rooms), friendly people and comfortable environment. Good value for money in the heart of the city ,,,,,,,,,, good service and centrally located. Every thing is perfect! my family had a good time and enjoyed facilities during our stay. its a nice place in the middle of kuala lumpur, everything is near to you ,. Great location, spacious room. The location is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is located opposite Sungei Wang and is about 10 mins walk to Bukit Bintang Walk. Located directly to Berjaya Times Square. Convenient shoud you wish to watch midnight movie and late night shopping. Nothing good about the room. But swimming pool facilities is good. Location good coz centre of city and near the shooping mall. very convenient to shopping mall - food and clothing. my comment was only view from the room is good. The location is excellent. A nice & good shopping trip which is quite easily accessible from Bukit Bintang area (recommended only if u know your way around KL). The microwave was not working. No flat TV as promissed. No beverages complimentary. Furniture and items in the apartment are not well-maintained. Since I am travelling with friends, they do not provide for an extra access card to the room. Very bad..the picture is overated..not value for money!. Not satisfy of the services espcially regarding term of pymnt..cannot use credit or debit card..and no reception counter for check in or check out..no tel and no room services. the room is big but not clean. the room is not well maintained, the wall is simply painted, the bathroom is dirty and lighting is very dim. not worth the price for this stay. will not go back to this service suite. no enough equipment (no towels, toileteries) not clean, and not value for money.. However, it's the dirtiest place I have ever lived in... Not clean at all. Kitchen facility very poor! Cups dirty, spoons n forks not available. Not well maintained. The water supply was not switch on and need to call for maintenance and wait abt 1 hr. The bedroom TV not working, Floor on bathroom, toilets dirty not clean for how long (???). No batteries on all remote, need to request. Definitely not worth the RM699 paid for the room. We have problem with the room and have to wait till 6pm to check in and 3 times changing room... dirty room.no towel provided in the room. need to request but you need to wait 45 mins after you call every 5 mins. No complementary in room such as drinking water. poor services from hotel staff.Not recommended for tourist. everything. Dirty and dirty and dirty I will pay 50 rm for one night only or I will stay at street best more than sleep in the rabish and I will tell all my friend about this dirty dirty dirty. No proper check-in procedures. Not informed of cash payment instead of the agreed credit card payment. No latch on the door. Broken cabinet door. Run-down bathroom fixtures. Lumpy bed. No front desk to call, vendor held an overseas contact number. No wifi connection. 3Rd party vendor. Hotel reception mentioned to be careful about personal belongings. No safe in the room to store valuables. Very bad place, the staffs are impolite and I don't recommed it to anybody.
