  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... wat mensen zeggen » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Disneyland and DisneySea for 3 days. The staff speak English really well and are super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! So big and it looked out over the water. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed... so big I almost got lost in it. The monorail station is ri... wat mensen zeggen » ght across the street and is an easy 3 minute walk or you can catch the Mickey Mouse themed shuttle bus. I loved our stay here. No complaints at all. - We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb. We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

  Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it. We heard no noi - - very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins - Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient! - we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

  I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Everyone speaks excellent English. It's incredibly clean. It's one of the best hotels in Tokyo, IMO, especially if you spring for the executive suites. Worth the splurge. - Easy transfer from the airport by airport bus limousine. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Room size was large by Tokyo standards and the bathroom was lovely.   We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere.   I like the city view. My room is on the higher floor. The night view is gorgeous. And breakfast is included in the price. The staff and service and the Japanese garden are excellent. The room and bathroom are big and clean. The Mejiro area is a very nice and peaceful area. Actually we can also use the Edo - A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.
