I find the location perfect because right next to the station, so easy to access with the bags. Nara isn't a big city so it's totally fine to walk to the spots. There is also a very cheap store right next door and many places to eat around the corner. - Warm and helpful staff who speaks very good English.Nice and clean environment. Easy to find, close to JR station and Bus station.And tasty breakfast!
