  I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Everyone speaks excellent English. It's incredibly clean. It's one of the best hotels in Tokyo, IMO, especially if you spring for the executive suites. The City View rooms are e... wat mensen zeggen » normous and you can take a bath while looking out over a fabulous view of Tokyo. Worth the splurge. - Easy transfer from the airport by airport bus limousine. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Room size was large by Tokyo standards and the bathroom was lovely. Coucagno was also amazing, can recommend the degustation menu. Simply can't fault it.
