  Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. Convenience store within the hotel had food and drinks, wh... wat mensen zeggen » ich was very convenient. - We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  The staff was very gracious. Towels were changed daily but no sure about bed which was made up daily. However some scuffs on walls and stain in carpet which may have tried to remove. When arrived were given room on 9th floor which was smoking room. When asked if nonsmoking available we were given another room on same floor mildly better. Don't recall that I could make room preference when making online reservation. - Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

  My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! (the rooms are not massive but nothing in Tokyo will be and it was perfect for two) we then stayed with a group of 6 in the japanese room in the same trip which was just as gre... wat mensen zeggen » at, more roomy due to tatami style and although winter the bedding is very warm and this needn't be a worry (we also asked for temper pillows as note - We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv.   The hotel is in a perfect location and very easy to find, only one stop after Shinjuku which was perfect as Shinjuku station itself is very confusing. Good wifi connection. We stayed in the Japanese style room and it was great value for money the bathroom was compact as to be expected in Japan but it had a bath which is amazing! - Really close to... wat mensen zeggen » Shinjuku area, only 10/15 minutes by foot. The nearest station (Shin-Okubo) is two minutes away and the Korean district offers a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. The hotel staff is nice and the price is really convenient for the location. Beds very comfortable.
