  I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. I had space to leave a large suitcase flat on the floor for easy to open/close a... wat mensen zeggen » ccess. - The staff is very helpful and friendly, at least more than the Japanese polite service. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical). You are in the middle of the Shibuya interesting streets but just in a calm and quiet place.

  Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. Convenience store within the hotel had food and drinks, wh... wat mensen zeggen » ich was very convenient. - We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... wat mensen zeggen » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation on the elevators so commuting to the ground was a little slow.
