  Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage. They have... wat mensen zeggen » parking, the driver took our car from the hotel and parked it somewhere else. - our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there. looking forward for the next year!

  Owner of Villa Mainard was one of the nicest people we've ever met! Even with limited English, he was so helpful to us. Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and wonderful to stay in - we wish we could have stayed longer! Getting to attend the Chievo/AC Milan game was one of the highlights of our trip, and Villa Mainard helped make that p... wat mensen zeggen » ossible - thank you!!! He also recommended the best pizza we've ever eaten in our lives - all in all, a great stay. - We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

  Huge room with lots space and storage. Great for a family. Complete with kitchen. Limited underground parking for smaller car, luckly we had a Mito rental car so no prob. Great location right next to the old castel Vecchio and roman door, and blocks away from city centro. If you are looking for 4 star hotel, this is not what you are looking for, o... wat mensen zeggen » therwise you may appreciate the extra space which is rare in this part of the world ;) - From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

  Our room was fantastic with a large bathroom. Luxuriously set up and ideally located. Everything worked well and Maria cooked us wonderful breakfasts each morning. It was a perfect location for our weekend visit to Verona. Being within the ZTL area means hardly any cars around. It was just a minute away from the lovely Piazza Erbe with plenty of shops, cafes and bars to tempt you on way! Luigi was the perfect host, clea - Beautifully located in the heart of Verona, near all the places you want to see and all nice fashion shops and 'piazzas' with cafes and restaurants, Residenza Borsari is a charming place to visit Verona. We started our stay with a glass of prosecco on the little balcony looking at the passing by people. Breakfast is served on the terrazza and you can talk to Luigi, the host, who will give you the best hints regarding the best foodie places in Verona. We will definitely come back:)

  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
