  There was nothing that I did not like. Upon arrival, Maria Laura Sardella was very efficient in completing check-in and was most helpfull with information, direction, and maps of the area.   Sorrento Apartments is a 5 on all questions. I picked Sorrento apartments because the price was completive and the ratings were higher. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  Let's start with the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. This hotel is located right on the main strip and close to restaurants, shoppes, the old town, etc.. It is very modern, clean and quiet (double paned doors block out most street noise). We had a balcony overlooking the Main Street that is closed to traffic every evening (pedestrian zone... wat mensen zeggen » ), we loved being a part of the action but if you prefer something a little quieter ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. We thought the brea - This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town. It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.

  Maison Tofani is the best kept secret in Sorrento. The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave. Maria the owner cooks amazing cakes and pastries for breakfast which was the best breakfast we had in Italy. Giovanni - We stayed 6 nights in Maison Tofani which is a great little hotel in the historical centre of Sorrento, decorated in the best Italian style. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We had a small table and two chairs on the minute balcony where we could watch the world go by. The windows were well insulated as we weren't disturbed by noise.   It felt like being at home in Italy. The room had a special warm feeling with the antique stylish furniture and the big window doors opening to the balcony with a view directly over Piazza Tasso. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Best possible location, in the heart of Sorrento.   The owners were very friendly & helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious with skylight and a mini fridge and a safe. This B&B has a nice terrace over looking the bay and is in a great location; 2 minutes from the main square & a 10 minute walk from the train station. The ad indicated stairs so we knew what to expect but it was not a concern for us as the - Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento

  Marco, the apartment manager or owner, and Davide, a staff member (friend of the family?) were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The parking was ample and secure - a real plus in central/southern Italy cities. Marco offered for us to pick lemons from the many trees in the parking area - fun for the family, and great to take-home! Wh... wat mensen zeggen » ile the apartment does not face the water, it's just a 2 minute walk to the pier, from which you walk up the stairs into the heart of Sorrento commerc - The location of the apartments is in the less posh, but still very original small fishing port of the town (distance from the sea about 60 yards). The suuroundings are very quiet. The equipment is not luxurious but - in a good sense - functional. I didn´t miss anything.There are two ample terraces - one with lemon- and orangetrees. The proprietors are friendly and very helpful. I had a very nice stay in Sorrento.

  The best place of my trip - you feel at home with clean a refurnished apartments that kept the classic charm of the town. Wooden ceiling and decor from the 1700 I think...it was a amazing you were totally independent. Book it with no fear - I had a friend that came to meet us and she was very sick when she arrived. Monica (front desk) went out of her way to help us take care of her. I really appreciated that. Also location was great. Rooms were pretty sound proof which was great seeing as our balcony was on the main street but there was barely any street noise with the french doors closed.

  During a 2-week trip to Italy this great hotel was the highlight. The stunning views of the bay of Naples from our room and the beautiful dining room/ restaurant were a joy! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a nice variety (including tasty omelettes and cappucinos). The hotel is close to a bus stop (orange/ red buses into town and the train station, blue Sita buses to Amalfi an Positano). We, - The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.
