  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... wat mensen zeggen » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   The Management and staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all from facing and have a wonderful view over 2 bay and to Mount Vesuvius. The room were bit basic but clean and very comfortable also had clean towels every day. A ten minute walk into the center of Sorrento. The breakfast was continental with a few different options, i am Coelia... wat mensen zeggen » c and they had food to suit that. The pool is great very clean and again front facing over the sea. Also has free car parking. I would definitely stay - At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??). The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

  Rota Suites is awesome. It is clean, modern and recently refurbished. The decor was very tasteful. Giuseppi and Rafaella couldn't have been more helpful.   We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.Always free sunbeds by the pool. Hotel was really clean.   The hotel is well positioned - about a 8-10minute walk from town and bus/train station but therefore away from busy streets. The view across to Vesuvius is fantastic. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a sea facing room which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast offers everything you could want!   This place was brilliant. Great location, right in the center, with clean rooms attentive staff. Stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. Emmanuella was knowledgeable, warm, speaks english well and made us feel very welcome. Free drinks (juice, water, soda..) were offered upon arrival. We learned that Rosato of Rosato Private Tours is absolutely excellent while reading reviews on letsbookhotel.com. - We loved Luigi and his attentiveness to his guests. We were instantly impressed the minute we walked into the quaint property by the scent of cleanliness. Luigi went out of his way each day to accommodate us. His professionalism was only outranked by his pleasant personality. He was the perfect host and served the best breakfast each morning. Sorrento Flats was such a nice surprise when we arrived since my daughter and I found it on the internet and instantly loved it and booked it immediat
