The villa itself, the grounds, and the surrounding countryside were spectacular -- so peaceful and calming. Excellent hotel will exceptional location (very close to the Seravalle outlet village), you can rent a bicycle and have a ride - very beautiful wineyards nearby. We got a feeling like we stayed not in the simple hotel but a castle with its own history, with its particular furniture!
