We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   Terre di Himera sits on top of a hill, surrounded by a nice garden and beautiful nature (we came in the summer, so the "next door neighbor" was a lot full of eggplants!). From the garden we had a view of a mountain on the west and the Madonie mountains on the east, and the sea at a distance. Perfect spot for a relaxed holiday! Breakfast is a major affair with a wide array of fruits, pastry, cheese, prosciutto and Maria's homemade yogurt. The decor and landscaping is chic and rustic. Definitely one of the major highlights of our trip is staying in this wonderful bed and breakfast.

  We had a truly wonderful time at Masseria Susufa during an Easter Holiday vacation with one of our sons. What a discovery! The views were beautiful, with the only noise being the distant sound of cow bells, and could be enjoyed from deck chairs in the garden. Friendly staff, good restaurant. We were only there one night but wished we could have stayed longer.

Menfi and the wine region is nearby, the beach and Selinunte but a short drive - We enjoyed our stay here very much: the infrastructure is a recent renovation with qualitative material. The rooms are nice and very clean and designed functionally. The accomodation is managed by 4 women (Barbara, Katia, Margherita and Mima) who are doing this with great passion. Also the kitchen is very good. A lovely quiet place to stay and start from here the discovery of the west coast of Sicily.

  Previous reviews have not lied! This was fabulous and all the superlatives I can think of. It was the best place we stayed, best atmosphere, definitely!!! The best food. The father cooks and he is gifted. The atmosphere created by Emanuelle and Philippe while serving is serene. We felt like we were on our honey moon again.   This is a fabulous hotel in a beautiful little town. We stayed in the junior suite, which is stunning with windows out on two sides, a lovely bathroom and amazing space for the middle of a town. The breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel. We were even personally shown the way to drive to the edge of the town as we were leaving. A real gem. - This is one of the best hotels in Sicily and a good reason to choose Scicli as a base. This was our second stay and we will come again. Rooms are luxurious, some with splendid painted ceilings. All have luxurious modern bathrooms. Breakfast is ample and various - perhaps the best we have sampled.
