Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

New stylish appartments with all necessary facilities, including kitchen, dishwasher and two TVs. The appartments are located about 10 minutes walking distance to the center of the town. The apartment was modern, clean, bright and well furnished. The location was perfectly located to get to the centre of Descenzano and had everything we could need. Antonio and Adriana were flawless as hosts and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a good stay including recommending restaurants and coffee shops and introducing us to the local aperitif. It was perfect.

The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self.
Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.
