through to the courtesy shuttle back to the ferry departure. While the
property is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and the latter
stages are uphill, we enjoyed the location because of the other
countryside and lakeside walks that are readily available. The staff

The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. the views from the balcony were beautiful, and the hotel is well decorated. the room was clean and comfortable (not large but big enough) and the bathroom well equiped, new and clean. the staff were very helpful. the location is perfect as it is a short walk to the bellagio centre and you can chose to walk through the majestic gardens just below the hotel to get to the bellagio centre instead of walking on the road. the breakfasts were a hi

Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

Location was good, with access to several Metro stations and trams nearby. Only 5 minutes from "The Last Supper" and several other top 10 sights.
The apartment was very clean and new. Excellent cooking facilities. Apartment cleaned every day and towels changed on request. -

Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

New stylish appartments with all necessary facilities, including kitchen, dishwasher and two TVs. The appartments are located about 10 minutes walking distance to the center of the town. There is a supermarket nearby. Antonio is very friendly and hospitable, he helped us with all the matters (transfer, kid bed and chair, some tips to look around).

The apartment was modern, clean, bright and well furnished. The location was perfectly located to get to the centre of Descenzano and had everything we could need. Antonio and Adriana were flawless as hosts and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a good stay including recommending restaurants and coffee shops and introducing us to the local aperitif. It was perfect.

La gentillesse et l'efficacité au niveau de l'accueil. La terrasse où nous pouvions prendre nos repas avec une vue panoramique de 180° sur le lac de Côme.
L'appartement bien meublé et équipé.
Le calme du site tout en étant à proximité des différents centres d'intérêts à visiter ou des embarcadères.

L'accueil est de qualité. Une jeune femme d'une rare
gentillesse nous a communiqué quelques adresses, bons plans et
manifestations du moment. Notre studio était immense, propre, pratique
et spacieux. La vue sur le lac est à couper le souffle. Un conseil, par
beau temps prenez de quoi savourer un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse,
bercé par le chant des oiseaux avec une telle vue super moment garanti!
Je le recommande vivement.

100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport
when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the
finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure.

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien décoré. Il est situé en
plein coeur de la vieille ville, à proximité de toutes facilités, dans
un bâtiment historique entièrement rénové. Il dispose d'une terrasse
avec une belle vue. C'est vraiment charmant. Il convient aussi bien
pour un séjour romantique que pour des vacances en famille. La cuisine
équipée permet de préparer ses plats à l'italienne sans se ruiner au
restaurant. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire est charmante !

Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. Loads of books and DVDs provided,

The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self.
Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.
